A ten-minute flow to ease bloating, calm your nervous system and wake up digestion, from the Aurana studio to your mat at home.

By Rania · Certified Yoga Instructor & Nutrition Coach · 6 min read

At Aurana Wellness, we believe true health begins in the gut, and that healing works best when body and mind move together. Gentle yoga massages the digestive organs, relaxes the nervous system, and draws circulation to your core. No equipment, no pressure: just ten minutes a day.

“Balance over restriction. Your gut heals when you stop fighting it.”

The 10-minute flow

01

Seated Twist

Ardha Matsyendrasana · 2 min

Massages the abdominal organs. Sit tall, cross your right foot over your left knee and twist right. 5 breaths, then switch.

02

Wind-Relieving Pose

Pavanamuktasana · 1 min

Eases bloating. Lie on your back, hug both knees to your chest and rock gently side to side.

03

Child’s Pose

Balasana · 2 min

Quiets the mind. Kneel, fold forward with arms extended and breathe into your back.

04

Cat–Cow

Marjaryasana–Bitilasana · 2 min

Stimulates digestion. On hands and knees, inhale and drop the belly, exhale and round the back. 8–10 times.

05

Supine Twist

Supta Matsyendrasana · 3 min

A soothing close. Lie back, draw one knee across your body, shoulders grounded. 5–8 breaths each side.

Then, nourish.

Fibre

Vegetables, legumes and whole grains feed your good bacteria.

Ferment

Yogurt, kefir or sauerkraut, a spoonful a day.

Hydrate

Warm water through the day keeps digestion moving.

Slow down

Eat mindfully, away from screens. Chew, breathe, enjoy.
