1. General Access & Session Scope

Aurana Online and Home-Visit/Outdoor Wellness Sessions include access only to the specific service booked at the selected date and time.
Bookings do not include additional services such as private coaching upgrades, nutrition programs, wellness consultations, or products unless specifically stated.
For home-visit or outdoor sessions, participants are responsible for preparing a safe and suitable practice space.

2. Online Class Access

Online bookings provide access solely to scheduled live sessions at the stated time.
Session links may not be shared, recorded, redistributed, or used for any unauthorized purpose.
Login details are strictly for individual use. Any unauthorized sharing may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Home-Visit & Outdoor Sessions

For home-visit sessions, the client must ensure a clean, safe, and obstruction-free space for practice.
For outdoor sessions, weather conditions may affect the schedule. If weather conditions prevent safe practice, Aurana Wellness may reschedule the session.
Aurana is not liable for any issues caused by unsafe, unprepared, or unsuitable practice environments provided by the client.

4. Age Policy

Clients under 15 years old may not attend adult yoga sessions.
Participants aged 15–18 must have written guardian consent.
Proof of identity may be requested for verification.

5. Health & Safety Policy

By booking any session, you acknowledge that all physical activity carries inherent risks.
You accept full responsibility for your health and safety during participation.
Participants with injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy must seek medical advice prior to joining.
Aurana Wellness is not liable for injury, illness, or medical complications during or after participation.
Aurana reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed medically unfit or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

6. Cancellation Policy

Bookings canceled more than 14 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds or amendments are not permitted outside the stated policy for any reason, including:
• Illness
• Personal matters
• Schedule changes
• Travel delays
• Covid-related circumstances

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with instructor style or session format once attended.

Refund Guarantee

If a Refund Guarantee is purchased at booking, cancellations made up to 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund.
Refund Guarantees are non-refundable.

7. Amending Bookings

A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for any amendment.
Booking amendments may be made up to 60 days ahead of the new selected date and are subject to availability.
Only two amendments are allowed per booking.
Price differences must be paid at the time of amendment.
Refunds are not provided for downgrades.

8. Session Rescheduling by Aurana Wellness

Aurana Wellness may reschedule or cancel sessions due to instructor illness, technical issues, unsafe weather, or force majeure.
Clients will be offered either a new session time or a refund option.

9. Conduct & Behavior

Aurana reserves the right to refuse service to any participant displaying inappropriate behavior, harassment, abusive language, or violation of policies.
Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.

10. Personal Belongings & Environment

Aurana Wellness is not responsible for personal belongings during home-visit or outdoor sessions, nor for any damage to client-owned property.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their equipment and environment are safe for use.

11. Booking Validity

All bookings are valid only for the selected date and time.
Unused bookings automatically expire.
Bookings and class passes are non-transferable and may not be resold without written approval.

12. Photography & Media Consent

By participating, you grant Aurana Wellness permission to capture photos or videos that may include your image, voice, or likeness for marketing across digital and print platforms.
This consent is granted without expectation of compensation.
Clients may take personal photos as long as they do not disrupt the session.
Professional photography requires written approval.

13. Data & Privacy

Data collected during bookings or program registrations may be shared within Aurana’s secure service platforms to enhance your experience.
All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Aurana Wellness, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
